Community Action & Volunteerism
Through her professional work as a Family Law Attorney and her numerous volunteer efforts, Kerith Strano Taylor has become known throughout the Commonwealth as a champion for children and families.
Since 2004, Kerith has served as Guardian ad Litem for Jefferson County, representing children in the foster care system for 18 years.
Her work quickly earned statewide recognition for its compassion, integrity, and impact. In 2011, she helped design and deliver a landmark training program for more than 600 Guardians ad Litem and Parents’ Attorneys across Pennsylvania. That initiative became the foundation for the mandatory pre-service training required of all attorneys representing children in dependency matters—a legacy that continues to improve child advocacy across the Commonwealth.
Clifton Strengths (5 and 34)
Throughout history, many great leaders have distinguished themselves by recognizing the unique strengths of those around them and guiding individuals to use their talents to their fullest potential. Kerith has found The Clifton Strengths Assessment to be a fantastic tool to use in helping people identify their talents. When the results are put in to action - the results are often positively life changing.

Political Aspirations
Kerith has been very involved in politics for quite some time. She ran in the 2014 election for the U.S. House to represent Pennsylvania's 5th district and again in 2018 with the intent to represent District 66.
